    Important Notes:

    • All trailers, please arrive with your freshwater tank already filled. The Olds water filling station is no longer in service.
    • Campsites in section A will not be available during Family Camp. 
    • Due to HEY DAY, all traffic will be diverted through section R behind the office from 2 pm to 6 pm on August

    (To ensure the safety of all participants, all traffic will be diverted through R behind the office from 2 PM to 6 PM)

    Dr. Bryce Ashlin-Mayo is the President of Ambrose University and an ordained minister with The Christian and Missionary Alliance. Click his name for more information. 


    Jeremy and Reetu Heights, Zane, Ruby & Kavya:  Our Camp Missionaries live in Croatia and serve the Central Europe Field as Field Finance Coordinator (Reetu) and Country Leader for Croatia (Jeremy) Click their name for more information.

    This camp would not be possible without volunteers. Please ensure you sign up for at least one shift here:


    VOLUNTEER SIGN UP: 

    YOUTH (Age 13-17) VOLUNTEERING

    • 2 per service for Teeny Tiny
    • 2 per service for Pre-School Palace
    • 2 per service for Gr 1-3
    • Please sign up above and indicate 'YOUTH' with name.


    Please get in touch with Sharlene Cunningham at sbc.cunningham@gmail.com about the following roles: 

    • Farmers Market Coordinator: Connect with vendors before; onsite at market from 1-4:30 pm on Wednesday, August 5
    • Co-Leader for Teeny Tiny (age 3 and under) program. You can volunteer to serve at every service throughout the week or share the role with another volunteer by serving every other service.
    • Co-Leader for Grade 1-3 program
    • Head Usher, or 2 persons to lead every other service.
    Looking for a meaningful way to support Family Camp? Consider sponsoring an event or activity as a church, business, or group of friends!
    • Tax receipts are available for all eligible donations.
    • A special thank you to Skyview Church and Team Evelyn for your generous support again this year!
    • We’d love to see even more churches and groups partner with us this year.

    NAZARENE SAFE: Help Keep Everyone at Camp Safe

    Nazarene Safe is abuse awareness training that helps protect our most vulnerable—including children—and equips us all to create a safe environment. Whether you are volunteering or attending camp, if you have not completed Nazarene Safe Training through your local church this year, we strongly encourage you to take this free training. Together, we can help make camp a safe and welcoming place for everyone.     Temporary RV Storage (New for 2026)
    Family Camp guests may reserve temporary RV storage at West Camp for $10/night from July 26–31. Guests must move their RV to their assigned Family Camp site before camp begins. Storage is available only at West Camp (not North or South Camp). Only 12 spaces are available, and advance ticket purchase is required. No drop-ins will be accepted.
