• Cost: $50.00
• Payment: Cash only
• Payment Deadline: 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3 in the Camp Office
• There will be a schedule created, and you will need to be at your trailer during your time block.

Check-In

• Friday, July 31: Check-in begins at 1:30 p.m.
• Saturday, August 1 – Saturday, August 8: Check-in is flexible.

Please Note:

On Saturday, August 1, the area indicated by the blue box in this link will be closed to vehicles from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for Hey Day activities and the Welcome BBQ. This is for the safety of our kids, participants and for food safety. Please stop at the camp office for an alternate route to your site as we will not be able to accommodate any trailers driving through for any reason.

Lodge Check-Out

Aspen Lodge, Long House, and Birch:
Sunday, August 9: Check-out is 1:30 p.m.

The camp staff will need time to prepare the rooms for the next group arriving. You are welcome to remain at the North Camp until 4:00 p.m., but your room must be cleared by 1:30 p.m.

Campsite Check-Out

North Camp and West Camp campsites:
Sunday, August 9: Check-out is 3:30 p.m.

Campground Departure Considerations:

• When vacating your campsite, all campers are requested to please ensure the following for safety purposes and out of consideration for incoming campers:
• Ensure all fires are completely extinguished;
• Pick up all site litter;
• Close all electrical outlets;
• Bring garbage (if applicable) to the closest bear proof dumpster; and
• Stack leftover firewood where it will not interfere with the incoming trailer’s ability to park.

• All trailers, please arrive with your freshwater tank already filled. The Olds water filling station is no longer in service.
• Campsites in section A will not be available during Family Camp. 
• Due to HEY DAY, all traffic will be diverted through section R behind the office from 2 pm to 6 pm on August
